A 2017 graduate of Torrance High School in Canyon Country, California… A three-year varsity member for the Tartars under head coach Israel Pose in the Pioneer League… Won the Ohana Spirit Award her freshman year...Received the Most Valuable Runner, Outstanding Performance, and Most Improved runner award as a sophomore, Was team captain her junior and senior year. Received the Most Inspirational and Coaches award her junior year, won the Blanket Award, Most Inspirational, Coaches Award, and Outstanding Performance her  senior year...Received the Valedictory Scholar Department Award in Math and Service to School….also was a varsity member of track and field in 2017

Born in Torrance, California… Daughter of Scott and Glenda Simpson… has a younger brother Matthew (15)… Majoring in Kinesiology… Chose El Camino College to be coached by Dean Lofgren….Other colleges she considered included Pepperdine, Concordia University, Fresno Pacific...Her biggest influences are Glenda Simpson, Wayne Forrest, and Israel Pose...Favorites include Jenny Simpson (Athlete), Taylor Swift (Musical Artist), The Bible (Book), Olive Garden (Restaurant)
