El Camino College got contributions from a variety of places Friday night as the Warriors scored a 3-0 (25-13, 25-16, 25-15) South Coast Conference-South Division win over L.A. Trade Tech.

"Everyone got to go in and contribute," Warriors head coach Liz Hazell said. "Melissa (Euyoque) did a solid job at middle and right side."

Euyoque had three aces on the night for the Warriors (17-4, 5-1). Sarah Dyer and Keily Morimoto dished out 14 assists apiece while Dyer added seven digs.

Jaylin Motley led the team with 13 kills and added seven digs and Jerephina Leilua posted seven kills and seven digs.

The Warriors will return for their next match, a critical matchup against Long Beach City College on Wednesday night at the ECC South Gym. The Vikings are currently unbeaten in conference play and lead the Warriors by one game in the SCC-South Division standings.

The match will likely decide the conference title as the Warriors fell to the Vikings in three sets in Long Beach on Oct. 11.

"We're looking to have two strong, productive practices next week before our rematch with Long Beach on Wednesday," Hazell said.
