Bio

One of the best women’s basketball players to set foot in the ECC North Gym, Peneueta was a two-time All-State selection and South Coast Conference MVP. In her first season, Peneueta averaged 17.0 points, 8.0 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 2.7 steals per game. She would go for 14.4 points, 6.2 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 2.0 steals per game in her final year with the Warriors. Overall, Peneueta averaged 15.8 points per game, which currently ranks as the second best scoring average in school history. She also ranks in the top 10 in every major ECC records category. Peneueta transferred to Vanguard University where she played in 47 games and made 33 starts for the Lions.
