Bio

Coy Hall was named the team MVP and earned a JC All-American selection after helping lead the Warriors to the 1971 state championship. The team went 11-1 with Hall at quarterback. Legendary ECC head coach Ken Swearingen once said that Hall was “the best quarterback that he ever coached.”
 
Hall would go on to the University of Miami after his time at ECC. In 1972, Hall played in 11 games for the Hurricanes and went 7-for-18 for 80 yards and one touchdown through the air. He rushed the ball 44 times for 180 yards and one touchdown. Hall would play another 11 games for the Hurricanes in 1973 and went 16-for-34 for 260 passing yards with one tochdown while rushing for 105 yards and one touchdown on 24 attempts.
