The Warriors (10-11) cruised to a win as the Eagles (15-12) had a negative attack percentage on the night.

Alex Perryman led the way for ECC with 11 kills on 22 swings while Leafa Juarez added 10 kills on 30 attempts to go with 14 digs. Jayden Zabala dished out 31 assists and Crystal Salgado had 17 digs to lead the defense.

The Warriors never trailed in the opening set and attacked at a .303 clip while the Eagles had more errors (10) than kills (9) in the frame.

The second set was the most competitive of the night as the teams were tied four times and traded the lead twice. It was a close game with the Eagles up 9-8 when things turned as the Warriors rattled off nine straight points to take the lead and they never looked back.

In the third, the Warriors led wire-to-wire with Perryman and Juarez notching four kills apiece in the game to lock down the victory.

The Warriors will now await to find out their postseason fate when seedings for the 2022 CCCAA Regional Playoffs are announced on Thursday.
