TORRANCE, Calif. - The Warriors left it late but scored two goals in stoppage time against the LA Harbor Seahawks to secure a 2-1 victory at home on Friday at Featherstone Field in Murdock Stadium.

Catherine Curwood-Wagner scored the equalizer just at the end of the regulation 90 minutes.  Ruby Colcol scored a few minutes later into injury time for the game-winner over the Seahawks.

The Warriors (10-3-1, 5-1 SCC) played lackadaisical to start the game which the Seahawks capitalized on and Andrea Reyes scored 10 minutes into the game off a Warrior turnover.

The Warriors turned on the pressure late into the first half but couldn't find an equalizer heading into halftime.

The Warriors had a golden opportunity to equalize early in the second half after Allison Sibley found herself 1-v-1 vs the Seahawks keeper.  However, her shot was saved by the Seahawks keeper.

The Warriors kept the ball on the Seahawks side of the field for most of the second half but struggled to find the final ball to break LA Harbor's final defensive line.

Finally, in the 90th minute, the Warriors were fouled on top of the 18-yard box.  Ashley Ruiz took the ensuing freekick and her shot ricocheted off a Harbor defender right into the path of Catherine Curwood Wagner who slotted it past the keeper to make it a 1-1 game.

After finding the equalizer, the Warriors kicked it into second gear to find a game winner during stoppage time.  They were fouled to the right of the 18 yard box around the 93rd minute.  From a freekick about 35 yards outside the goal, Ariana Ramirez swung in a free kick that Claire Mahon headed to the far side of the box.  Ruby Colcol's initial shot was saved by the keeper but she dropped the ball and Colcol shot the ball into the net for her first career goal.

The Warriors will play their final home game of the regular season next Tuesday against Los Angeles City College.  Kick-off is scheduled for 4:00 PM.
