Women’s Soccer Heads to MiraCosta to Open Postseason

TORRANCE, Calif. --- El Camino College will be heading to the California Community College Athletics Association Southern California Regional Playoffs for the second straight season as they will head to MiraCosta on Wednesday for the first round.

The Warriors drew the No. 21 seed overall in the CCCAA SoCal Regional Playoffs and will take on No. 12 MiraCosta.

The game is set for a 2 p.m. kickoff on Wednesday afternoon. The winner of the match will advance to Saturday's second round to take on No. 5 Long Beach.

The Warriors finished the season with a 13-6-2 overall record and finished third in the South Coast Conference Tournament.

The Spartans finished second in the Pacific Coast Conference after posting a 15-4-1 overall record and 12-1-1 record in conference play.
