WALNUT, Calif. - The El Camino College women's soccer team dropped a close 2-1 game against Mt. Sac on Tuesday evening at Mt. Sac.
The Warriors (3-6-2, 0-2-1SCC ) kept the game scoreless in the first half with the Mounties (8-2-2, 3-0 SCC).
Mt. Sac scored first in the second half in the 51st minute. The Warriors equalized five minutes later when Angelica Taylor scored off a Julia Ausland assist.
Mt. Sac sealed the game in the 78th minute off a goal by Karissa Vela.
Karlee Clark made 12 saves for the game.
The Warriors will head to East Los Angeles for their next game. Kick-off is set for 4:00 PM.
