Santa Ana, Calif. - Freshman Kathryn Wilson (Torrance, Calif.) scored a pair of goals in the 63rd and 79th minutes to lift the Warriors over Santa Ana, 2-1, on Friday.
After a scoreless first half, the women's soccer team (3-0-2) was able to make the most of its seven shots with only two on goal. Sophomore goalie Olivia Hover (Torrance, Calif.) recorded the only save in the game.
The women's soccer team hosts non-conference foe Mt. San Jacinto on Tuesday, Sept. 13 at 2 p.m. in Murdock Stadium.
