WILMINGTON, Calif. --- El Camino College recorded a 59-29 South Coast Conference win over L.A. Harbor on Friday evening at L.A. Harbor.
The Warriors picked up their first win of the season as they got double-digit scoring from two players while also capitalizing on Seahawks' turnovers.
Bella Blum led the team with 20 points and grabbed seven rebounds with a team high six assists while Ay'Mia Smith-Malone added 12 points, six rebounds and four steals to propel the Warriors to the win.
Presley Tanaka added eight points with eight rebounds and four assists with Nia Ford and Dayana Merino-Reyes added six points apiece off the bench.
The Warriors also forced 26 Seahawks turnovers which led to 26 points off the miscues. The Warriors also dominated the inside with a 32-12 advantage in points in the paint.
The Warriors will return to action on Wednesday as they host Compton for a 5 p.m. tipoff.
