TORRANCE, Calif. --- El Camino College suffered a 3-1 (21-25, 25-18, 25-19, 25-20) Western States Conference loss for Long Beach on Friday night at the ECC Gym Complex.
The Warriors were led offensively by Garrett Gronbach with 14 kills and 11 digs while Jake Suson added 12 kills and nine digs. Bishop Sneed added 11 kills and Jacob Flanagan dished out 40 assists in the loss.
For the Vikings, Mohamed Benkrid led the way with 14 kills on a .478 attack percentage while Travis Brown added 10 kills on a .450 percentage. Willy Wang dished out 43 assists and Lucca Mamone added nine kills with a match-high four blocks.
The Warriors will wrap up the 2024 regular season on April 12 at home as they host Santa Monica.
