TORRANCE, Calif. --- El Camino College suffered a 3-0 (26-24, 25-22, 25-20) Western State Conference match to visiting Santa Barbara on Wednesday night at the ECC Gym Complex.
The Warriors (3-7, 1-4) lost their fourth straight conference game as the Vaqueros (6-4, 3-2) outhit ECC .264 to .099.
Jake Suson had a solid night for the Warriors as he recorded 18 kills on 40 swings with just six errors. Unfortunately for the Warriors, no other player recorded more than five kills and only four other players actually recorded a kill.
Jake Stimpfig had 23 assists and Mark Antonov had eight digs in the losing effort.
The Warriors will return to action next week when they head to Long Beach on Wednesday for a 6 p.m. first serve
