White and Hannemann Lead Warriors Past San Diego Mesa

Andrew White and Travis Hannemann both had solid outings as El Camino College swept visiting San Diego Mesa 3-0 (25-14, 25-16, 25-11) on Wednesday night at the ECC Gym Complex.
White led the Warriors (2-3) with 11 kills on 17 swings without an error for a new season-best .647 attack percentage. Hannemann also logged double figures with 10 kills on 21 swings with four errors (.286) to lead ECC to victory.
The Olympians (2-4) struggled mightily on offense, logging a lowly .014 attack percentage as a team. No player on the team recorded more than four kills on the night.
Vladimir Kubr dished out 32 assists for the Warriors and set the team to a .466 attack percentage. Dylan Garcia had four of the team's seven aces including three straight at one point. He also led the team with 10 digs.
Four players logged two blocks apiece in the victory.
The Warriors will return to action on Friday night at the ECC Gym Complex when they host Santiago Canyon. First serve is set for 6 p.m.
