TORRANCE, Calif. – Gabriel Vargas-Featherstone led El Camino College offensively as the Warriors swept visiting L.A. Pierce 3-0 (25-16, 25-19, 25-12) Wednesday night at the ECC South Gym.
Vargas-Featherstone tallied 15 kills on 27 swings for the Warriors (15-2, 10-1) as the team attacked at a collective .411 clip on the night. Joseph Sico dished out 34 of the team's 36 assists.
Cinjun Coe added 10 kills on 19 swings with just two errors for a .421 attacking percentage and Cameron Steen was a force at the net with a match-high six blocks (two solo).
The Warriors have now won three games in a row and will look to close out the regular season with a victory as they host Santa Monica on Friday night. First serve is set for 6 p.m.
