Bio

Miguel Sanchez was added to the Warriors coaching staff in 2019 as an assistant coach. Sanchez has 12 years of professional soccer experience, beginning his career with the youth academy of Chivas USA U-19 in 2006.

Sanchez would move on to Mexico, joining club Jaguares de Chiapas of the Liga MX where he arrived to reinforce the Third Division squad. Within a month of his arrival, Sanchez was promoted up to the First Division team at the age of 17. He played with Jaguares de Chiapas for three years until the end of his contract in 2010. Sanchez then signed with Club Deportivo Cruz Azul, where he played from 2010-2011.

In 2011, he returned to the United States to become part of the Anaheim Bolts of the Major Arena Soccer League. He played with the Bolts from 2011-2013 and then played for the Ontario Fury of the MASL from 2014 -2015. Sanchez is currently signed to California United Strikers FC, a professional team based out of Orange County that plays in the National Independent Soccer Association.

Along with his playing career, Sanchez began his coaching career in 2011 and has been involved in coaching roles for important institutions like the Mamba Sports Academy, the Los Angeles Wolves, and Pro-Touch Soccer. He is the current head coach for the Wolves’ First Team of the United Premier Soccer League.

Coach Sanchez concurrently owns Soccer Performance X where he helps individuals reach their soccer and fitness goals utilizing a unique and innovative style of training and programs developed by professional athletes, coaches, sports psychologists and physical trainers.
