TORRANCE, Calif. --- El Camino College scored a dominant 5-0 South Coast Conference victory over visiting Pasadena on Tuesday afternoon at the ECC Soccer Field.
The Warriors (12-2-0, 4-1-0) had five different players score a goal with eight different players tallying an assist against the Lancers (7-6-2, 1-4-0).
It marked the Warriors' sixth victory of the season by three goals or more. It also marked the third time ECC has scored at least five goals in a game.
The Warriors dominated offensively as they fired 24 shots on the day with eight of them on target. Ty Kerns, Andy Cabrera and Carson Nguyen each had one goal and one assist on the day. Mario Carlos scored his 12th goal of the season and added two assists and Donovan Palomares made two saves in 80-plus minutes of action.
The Warriors will return to action on Friday afternoon when they welcome East Los Angeles to the ECC Soccer Field for a 4 p.m. kickoff.
