Henry Leads Warriors at Stacked Riverside City College Invitational

RIVERSIDE, Calif. --- El Camino College competed in its biggest tournament to date at the Riverside City College Invitational held Monday at Victoria Golf Club in Riverside, Calif.
The Warriors were one of 16 teams in the field that featured 109 total players. The Warriors posted a cumulative score of 436, their second best mark in three tournaments played so far this season.
Aden Henry carded his second straight round in the 70s, matching his score from last week with a 5-over 77. The mark was good enough to place him in a tie for 24th place.
Overall, Santa Barbara recorded the victory on the team side with an 18-over 378, edging Ventura (379) and Reedley (380). Nick Bublitz of Ventura earned medalist honors as he shot a 4-under 68, one of just two players to break par on the day.
The Warriors will return to action on Wednesday when they host their first Orange Empire Conference match of the season at Alondra Golf Course. The first groups are set to tee off at 9 a.m.
