TORRANCE, Calif. - The El Camino College men's basketball lost in their South Coast Conference home opener against LA Harbor 98-59 on Wednesday night at the ECC Gymnasium.
What was a one-point game at halftime at 30-29 evolved into a one sided affair with the Seahawks outscoring the Warriors 68-30 in the second half.
The Warriors had a costly 34 turnovers and LA Harbor had 44 points off turnovers which was the major difference in the game.
Mauricio Cruz led the Warriors with 16 points and 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Massimo D'Amato had 15 points and 6 rebounds.
The Warriors head to Cerritos on Friday January 28th. Tip-off is set for 5:00 PM.
