TORRANCE, Cali. – El Camino College had five players score in double figures en route to a 93-81 victory over L.A. Southwest Wednesday night at the ECC North Gym.
Justin Chambers scored 31 points and had five steals to lead the Warriors attack. Justin Reyes added 16 points in 27 minutes off the bench while Tristan Egans scored 14. Da'Koda Lacey recorded a double-double with 10 points and 14 rebounds, eight on the offensive end.
The Warriors led by as much as 25 despite shooting just 42.3 percent from the field. They went 23-for-36 from the charity stripe and recorded 22 points off 20 L.A. Southwest turnovers.
The Warriors will return to action on Friday night on the road at Long Beach City College. Tipoff is set for 7 p.m.
