LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Men's basketball faced another difficult night, losing to LA Southwest 61-64. The Warriors (10-13) relinquished a double-digit lead after the first half.
Coach Uphoff commented "we surrendered a 20-point lead after the first half, so it was not a pretty sight."
Despite the difficult loss for the Warriors, sophomore Brandon Guerrero made four 3-point shots in the first half. Freshman Jamal Heckard finished the game with 13 points total.
The Warriors finished the first half scoring 38 points, but only scored 23 in the second half.
The Warriors face Long Beach City College Wednesday, February 8 at 5:00 pm.
