Raymond Graham has always tried to make a difference on the football field, whether it was in high school at Long Beach Poly or with El Camino College.

Graham fought his way back from injury as a freshman at ECC and earned second-team SCFA National Division Central League honors for the Warriors last season.

Now, the sophomore has plans on making a bigger impact, this time away from the football field.

Graham and friends created The Making Change Foundation (www.themcfoundation.net) last year, a non-profit organization, with the goal of "changing the world in ways that are beyond imagination."

One of its main initiatives now is focusing on hunger relief effort for the homeless during the current Coronavirus crisis.

Last week, the foundation was able to feed approximately 60 homeless people, starting in Long Beach, then toward downtown L.A. and back toward the South Bay. This weekend the plan is to feed up to 70.

"We're trying to build something big," Graham said. "Our ultimate goal is create a foundation that's known worldwide and to change as many lives as possible.

"We want to make a difference in people's lives."
