Robinson Named to All-Region Team

2017 All America and All Region Teams

Wide receiver Stephon Robinson capped off a great season with another postseason award as he was named to the 2017 All-California Community College Football Team.

Robinson was named to the First Team Offense for Region III, one of five receivers to be named to the squad. Robinson was a unanimous selection to the SCFA All-Central League First Team this season.

He had a record-setting freshman campaign at ECC with seven 100-yard receiving performances on the season including the final four games of the 2017 season. Robinson became the all-time single-season receiving record holder after finishing 2017 with 62 catches for 1,274 receiving yards, eclipsing Marcel Reece's stellar 2005 season when he made 49 catches for 1,128 yards for the Warriors, a team that defeated Riverside in the National Bowl.

Robinson achieved the milestone despite a slow start to the season, making just one catch for five yards in his debut against L.A. Southwest in the season opener, a game in which the Warriors set a new scoring record in a single game with 74 points.

After a stellar campaign with the Warriors, Robinson signed a National Letter of Intent to play for and attend the University of Kansas in 2018 during the NLI Early Signing Period.
