Beach Volleyball Scores Two Sweeps in Season Opener

TORRANCE, Calif. – El Camino College opened up both the 2019 regular season and its new sand volleyball courts in style, scoring 5-0 sweeps over Golden West and Fullerton on Friday afternoon at El Camino College.

The Warriors debuted their new home venue for the first time on Friday and did so in style as did not drop a single set in the 10 matches they played on Friday.

The team opened up the season with a 5-0 victory over Golden West and followed it up with another sweep over Fullerton.

The Warriors will return to action on Saturday afternoon as they head to CSUN to take on the Matadors and Moorpark College.
