Warriors Snag Sixth Straight Win Against Rio Hondo

HERMOSA BEACH, Calif. – Aiko Waters and Phina Leilua anchored an El Camino College team that scored a 4-1 victory over Rio Hondo Friday morning at Hermosa Beach.

The Warriors swept all four matches they won as Leilua and Waters played the No. 1 singles match for the Warriors and scored a dominant sweep.

With the win, the Warriors improved to 2-0 in conference play, setting up a big match next week against Long Beach at Granada Beach. The teams are set to face off Friday at 10 a.m.
