Women's Soccer beats Pasadena on the Road

PASADENA, Calif. - The El Camino College women's soccer team defeated Pasadena City College 4-0 on the road on Tuesday evening. 

The Warriors (5-6-2, 2-2-1) scored two goals in each half in the win over the Lancers (4-11, 1-4). 

The Warriors outshot the Lancers 13-to-5 with 10 shots on goal and the Lancers only having one shot on goal.  Karlee Clark kept the clean sheet and made one save for the game.

Sierra Rangel got the first goal of the game in the 35th minute after scoring on a header from a pass from Alexis Perez-Fonseca. Angelica Taylor added the second goal a few minutes later after a corner kick from Perez-Fonseca.

They added their third goal of the game in the 75th minute after Sierra Rangel stole the ball and midfield and passed it to Angelica Taylor who scored the goal. A few minutes later Meila Bissoondial added the final goal of the game after an assist from Angelica Taylor.

The Warriors play their second to last home game on Friday October 22nd. Kick-off is scheduled for 4:00 PM.
