Badminton Clinches 15-6 Win Over EC-Compton

TORRANCE, Calif. - The women's badminton team added another win to their overall record, beating conference opponents EC-Compton Center 15-6 on Wednesday afternoon. The win pushes the Warriors to 3-5.

Though the Warriors were missing several of their key players, the win was a team effort. Samoeon Kong won both of her matches in doubles and singles.

Coach John Britton commented, "Much improved from the previous performance, every team has continued to improve and are looking in decent shape."

The team will next face the unbeaten Pasadena City College Lancers on April 26th.
