TORRANCE, Calif. --- El Camino College dropped a 89-47 non-conference decision to East Los Angeles on Friday night at the ECC Gym Complex.
The Warriors (10-6) were held to just 47 points, their lowest scoring output of the season. They committed 24 turnovers which led to 33 points for the Huskies (13-2).
Gabe Hubbard and Mo Cruz were the only two players to reach double figures, scoring 15 and 13 respectively. Hubbard added a team-high eight rebounds while Cruz recorded four steals.
For the Huskies, Donjae Lindsay led the team with 16 points on 7-for-10 shooting. Christian Oliver added 14 points and 10 rebounds as the Huskies shot 49.4 percent as a team from the field and outrebounded the Warriors 53-36 including a 18-14 edge on the offensive glass.
Those second chances led to 29 points for the Huskies while the Warriors managed just 12 second-chance points on the night.
The Warriors will look to bounce back on Friday night whey they head to Mount San Antonio for a 7 p.m. tipoff.
