Hamachi Highlights Track and Field Performances at SoCal Finals

MOORPARK, Calif. --- Yukina Hamachi and Dominic Britton recorded the best performances for El Camino College Track and Field at the 2022 CCCAA Southern California Regional Finals on Friday at Moorpark College.
Hamachi tied for the best mark in the long jump as she recorded a mark of 5.81 meters. She took home second place based on her next best jump.
On the men's side, Dominic Britton continued his great season as he placed second in the 110m high hurdles with a time of 14.57.
In addition, the men's 4x100 meter relay squad of Xerxes Reamer, Jaylen Allen, Matt Irvine and Kyvontei Campbell placed fourth with a time of 41.62 to qualify for the upcoming CCCAA State Championships, which are scheduled for Friday and Saturday, May 20-21 at Mount San Antonio College.
