TORRANCE, Calif. --- El Camino College recorded a 3-0 (25-14, 25-6, 25-20) Western State Conference victory over L.A. Pierce on Friday night at the ECC Gym Complex.
The Warriors (12-4, 9-1) attacked at a .522 clip on Friday and cruised to victory. They trailed only in the early portion of the third set against the winless Brahmas (0-12, 0-10).
Andrew White had a stellar night offensively as he struck down 12 kills on 15 swings without an error for an .800 kill percentage. He also added four service aces.
Travis Hannemann and Jake Hultgren each added seven kills as Vladimir Kubr dished out 36 assists. Gunnar Brydon and Hannemann led the team with two blocks apiece.
The Warriors will return to action on Wednesday night with a critical conference tilt at Long Beach City College with first serve set for 6 p.m.
