Warriors Headed to Southern California Bowl at San Diego Mesa

TORRANCE, Calif. --- El Camino College will be making its fifth straight postseason bowl appearance as the Warriors will take on San Diego Mesa in the Southern California Bowl, it was announced Monday.

The Warriors and Olympians will face off at 6 p.m at San Diego Mesa. It will be the second postseason bowl meeting between the teams in the last three seasons (no season in 2020). The Warriors bested the Olympians in the Patriotic Bowl in 2019 in a 54-45 shootout at Merrill Douglas Stadium.

This season, the Warriors finished with a 5-5 overall record on the season and 2-3 mark in National Central League play, finishing fourth in the standings.

The Olympians will host the bowl after going 6-4 on the season and finishing third in the National Southern League standings, going 3-2 in league play to finish behind Fullerton and Golden West.
