Bio

Joi Richardson serves as the department’s Senior Athletic Trainer. Before joining El Camino is 2013, Richardson was the Co-Head Athletic Trainer at Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, Calif., where she served as a an athletic trainer for a year. From 2007-2012, she was the Head Athletic Rrainer at Harris Stowe State University in St. Louis, Mo. Before moving out to St. Louis, Richardson was the Head Athletic Trainer at Los Angeles Southwest College (2002-2007).

Richardson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Prairie View A&M University in 1991 and earned a Master of Arts in Kinesiology from San Jose State University in 2000.
