Warriors Offense Erupts in Victory at L.A. Trade Tech

Ilene Guerrero set a season high with five goals as El Camino College scored a dominant 13-1 South Coast Conference Victory over L.A. Trade Tech Wednesday afternoon at Santee High School.
Guerrero helped lead the Warriors to their highest scoring match of the season and first win of the year. She scored three of her five goals in the first quarter, helping the Warriors take a 5-0 lead after one and they never looked back. Along with her scoring, Guerrero also added one assist.
In addition, Samantha Beattie scored two goals while Sabrina Byrne, Solee Scarlet, Elizabeth Guerrero, Rachel Gardner, Andrea Sandoval and Andrea Canchola all scored for the Warriors while Taylor Baird made eight saves in net to go along with a team-high three assists.
The Warriors will return to action on Monday afternoon as they travel to Chaffey for another SCC contest. The match is set to begin at 3 p.m.
