Warriors Edge Rio Hondo

TORRANCE, Calif. – El Camino College narrowly defeated Rio Hondo 5-4 on Thursday afternoon at the ECC Tennis Courts.

The Warriors scored two wins in the three doubles matches, which proved to be the difference as both teams split the six singles matches. Lina Ito, Maddie Giese and Victoria Gorodetskaya each went unbeaten on the day to lead the Warriors to victory.

The team will return to action on Monday as they host Glendale at the ECC Tennis Courts. First serve is set for 2 p.m.
