Liu Named South Coast Conference Women’s Diver of the Year

El Camino College freshman Jean Liu was named the 2017 South Coast Conference Women's Diver of the Year, it was announced Tuesday.

Liu won the SCC title in the women's 3-meter diving competition, earning a score of 122.20 and qualified for the state championships in the event.

Liu was one of nine ECC swimmers/divers to earn an SCC title this season and will compete in the CCCAA State Championships beginning Thursday, May 4 at East Los Angeles College.
