VALLEY GLEN, Calif. - El Camino College won their second game in a row after taking down previously undefeated LA Valley College 1-0 in an away game on Friday afternoon.
The Warriors (2-3) picked up their second win of the week. LA Valley (6-1) came into the game unbeaten with a 16-4 goal differential.
Robin Riggs scored her second goal of the season via an assist from Alexandra Koch.
Rosy Soriano (2-0) started her second game in goal and made four saves. She helped guide El Camino College through their first shutout of the season.
El Camino College will have a week off from games next week. They open up conference play at Long Beach City College on Tuesday, September 25th. Kick-off is scheduled for 2:00 PM.
