Mason Headed to Fisher College

Sophomore Alexia Mason has committed to continue her athletic career at Fisher College in Boston, Mass.

Mason joins teammate Ashley Nguyen as Fisher College commits. The Falcons are a National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) institution.

A Warrior for the past two years, Mason was the second leading scorer on the team as a sophomore in 2019-20. She averaged 11.2 points per game and posted a team-best 47.4 shooting percentage. She averaged eight rebounds, 1.9 assist, 0.9 steals and 0.9 blocks per game. She led the Warriors in scoring six times while also recording six double-doubles on the season.

In her two-year career at ECC, Mason played in 56 games including playing and starting in all 26 games as a sophomore. She averaged 5.1 rebounds per game in her career, hauling in a total of 285 boards with the Warriors. Her sophomore season was a breakout year for Mason as she grabbed 207 boards in her second year at ECC. She grabbed 68 offensive rebounds in 2019-20, which almost eclipsed her total rebounds (78) as a freshman.
