El Camino College could not build on its momentum from the opening round and finished fourth at the 36th Annual Lady Charger Classic hosted by Cypress over the weekend.
The Warriors fell to Palomar on Saturday and were then defeated by hosts Cypress in the third-place game on Sunday to finish fourth in the eight-team field.
On Saturday, the Warriors fell 65-41 to Palomar as Alexia Mason led the team with 12 points in 30 minutes of action. Taylor Hart added 11 points in the loss as the Warriors shot just 27.6 percent from the field.
On Sunday, Hart was stellar with 17 points on 7-for-16 shooting but she was the only ECC player to reach double figures as the Warriors lost 77-50 to the Chargers.
The Warriors will take a week off before returning to action on Dec. 17 on the road against Copper Mountain.
