TORRANCE, Calif. – El Camino College dominated in all facets in a 75-27 rout over L.A. Southwest Wednesday night at the ECC North Gym.
The Warriors (17-5, 3-0) never trailed in the game as the Cougars shot just 26.7 percent from the field for the game. Salihah Bey led all scorers with 20 points in 28 minutes of action as she hit 9-of-11 from the field.
Brenna Wilson added 16 points while Makenna Peneueta added nine points and a game-high 11 assists. Ashley Nguyen pitched in with eight points and six assists.
The Warriors will return to action on Friday night as they hit the road to take on Long Beach. Tipoff is set for 7 p.m.
