TORRANCE, Calif. - El Camino College played host to one of the most prestigious track tournaments in the country over the weekend, the Mt. Sac Relays, and four Warrior athletes represented El Camino College with great results.  Competing against some of the top NCAA athletes and professionals, the ECC quartet of Jasher Foster, Carson Bix, Tate Curran, and Qwintin Workman held their own against the elite field of competitors.

The current CCCAA state-leading 110m hurdler and ECC school-record holder Jasher Foster scored the most impressive result for the Warriors.  He ran 14.13 in the 110m open hurdles race for second place in a field of twenty-seven competitors.

Tate Curran came in fifth place in the men's open pole vault competition.  He pole vaulted 4.90m (16 ¾ feet) which tied him with three other competitors.

In the men's 5000 open competition, Carson Bix came in thirteenth place in a field of 35 competitors with a time of 14:32.41.  His time in the race moved him into third place all-time in the ECC record books.
