Brill and Fuentes Highlight Warriors Performances in SCC Pentathlon

TORRANCE, Calif. --- El Camino College hosted the South Coast Conference Pentathlon on Friday morning with Melissa Brill and Daniel Fuentes highlighting the performances for the women and men respectfully.

Brill placed ninth in the 100-yard backstroke event with a time of 1:13.48. She posted three of the best finishes on the women's side.

Fuentes posted two ninth-place finishes on the men's side in the 200 Individual Medley (2:14.79) and the 100-yard Butterfly (59.36). Gary Bellingham also posted a ninth place finish in the 100-yard breastroke. (1:08.10).

The Warriors will return to action this weekend at the Mount San Antonio College Invitational on Saturday.
