Alumni Update: Clark and Robinson Headed to NFL as Undrafted Free Agents

El Camino College football alumni Trevon Clark and Stephon Robinson signed as undrafted free agents and are headed to the NFL, it was announced Saturday at the conclusion of the 2022 NFL Draft.

Clark will be on his way to the Baltimore Ravens while Robinson is headed to the Arizona Cardinals.

Clark (2017-18) played in all 22 games during his two years with the Warriors. He currently ranks fifth on the Warriors All-Time Career Receiving Yards Top-10 as he racked up 1,561 yards in his career at ECC. Overall, he reeled in 89 catches and recorded 20 touchdowns. He was named to the 2017 Southern California Football Association National Division, All-Central League Second Team as a freshman. He eclipsed that the following season, earning a spot on the first team along with a spot on the 2018 All California Community College All-Region III First Team Offense. He recorded 57 catches for 986 yards and 10 touchdowns in 2018.

Clark would transfer to Cal and played three seasons for the Golden Bears. Overall, he played in 28 games with 17 starts as he racked up 58 career receptions for 931 yards and six touchdowns. His senior campaign was his best for the Golden Bears, hauling in 33 catches for 658 receiving yards and four TDs.

Robinson (2017) made Warriors history in his lone season at ECC as he set the single-season receiving record with 1,274 yards on 62 catches. He recorded eight touchdowns and averaged 20.5 yards per catch, which ranks as the third most in a single season.

Following his year with the Warriors, Robinson moved on to Kansas where he played for three seasons (2018-20). He was named the Big 12 Conference Offensive Newcomer of the Year and All-Big 12 Honorable Mention as a sophomore in 2018 after playing all 12 games for the Jayhawks, making 10 starts. He was also named to the Big 12 Commissioner's Honor Roll, finishing his sophomore year with 28 catches for 330 yards.

In 2019, Robinson made the Academic All-Big 12 Second Team and was the team's second leading receiver with 45 catches for 727 yards and eight touchdowns.

In 2020, he was named to the Paul Hornung Award Preseason Watch List but was only able to play in three games due to injury. He caught two passes for 35 yards before being shut down for the year.

Robinson would then head to Northwestern in 2021 as a graduate transfer and once again made the Hornung Award Watch List. He played in 11 games for the Wildcats and had 46 catches for 625 yards and two touchdowns. He also added 10 rushes for 120 yards and one kick return for 17 yards. He also became the first Wildcat since 2018 to record back-to-back 100-yard receiving games.
